Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, Audio Files, PDFs)

All digital products sold on this website are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ebooks (EPUB, PDF, etc.)
  • Audiobooks and audio files (MP3, M4B)
  • Digital bundles
  • Downloadable companion materials

Why?

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after payment
  • You waive your right to cancel once delivery has started

This is consistent with digital goods regulations in Canada, the EU, the UK, and the United States.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your digital purchase (e.g. corrupted file, delivery failure), we will of course help.

Please contact us at info@imagomysticarts.com and we will:

  • Re-send the files, or
  • Provide alternative access via our delivery platform

Refunds are not issued for technical issues that can be resolved through re-delivery.

Print-on-Demand Books (Paperbacks & Hardcovers)

Print books are produced on demand specifically for each order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Buyer error (wrong format selected)

Damaged or Defective Print Books

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will arrange:

  • A replacement copy, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

Shipping Issues

If a print order is lost in transit or fails to arrive, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates
  • International shipping delays are beyond our control

Refund Method

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
